What is The Singles Mingle?

We're bringing dating back to real life! Our events are designed to help singles meet face to face in a fun, relaxed, and welcoming environment. No swiping, no pressure, just an opportunity to meet new people and see where the night takes you!

Is this speed dating?

No, our events are not typically speed dating style unless specifically titled so! 

Are there age restrictions for your events?

Yes! Our age ranges are strictly enforced, with no exceptions. Each event is designed for a specific age group to help create a comfortable environment where attendees can meet others in a similar stage of life.

You must fall within the advertised age range of the event you are attending. If you purchase a ticket for an event outside your age range, your ticket will be refunded, and you will not be permitted to attend.

We understand that you may be close to the age cutoff, but to keep things fair and consistent for everyone, we cannot make exceptions. We offer events for different age groups throughout the year, so keep an eye out for one that's right for you!

Do I need to purchase a ticket in advance?

Yes! For planning purposes, you must purchase your ticket(s) in advance to secure your spot. Tickets are subject to availability and may sell out.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely! Most people attend singles events to meet new people. Crystal and Michelle will be there to welcome you and help you feel comfortable.

What if I'm shy or nervous?

You're definitely not alone! We know walking into a room full of strangers can feel intimidating. That's why we create a welcoming atmosphere and often provide optional icebreakers to help get conversations started. We're also happy to help make introductions!

Remember, everyone is there to meet new people, just like you!

What should I wear?

For most of our events, the proper attire would be first date attire! Dress to impress while still feeling comfortable and confident.

Will there be an equal number of men and women?

We do our best to maintain a balanced ratio of men and women at our mixers. While we cannot guarantee an exact 50/50 split, we actively monitor ticket sales to help create a great experience for everyone.

Are food and drinks included?

Food and beverages are not typically included in ticket prices unless specified in event details. They will typically be available for purchase directly from the venue and are not included in your admission ticket.

Where is the event located?

All events will be located in the metro Detroit area. 

What if I meet someone but don't get their contact information?

Reach out to us after the event via email at admin@thesinglesmingle.com 

If we can identify the person, we're happy to ask whether they're interested in connecting. We will never share someone's contact information without their permission.
